Chicago 5 @ Peoria 4 (OT) – The Chicago Junior Bulldogs' Scott Coash Jr scored 1:26 into overtime to beat the Peoria Mustangs, 5-4 (OT). Chicago overcame a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. The Junior Bulldogs trailed 4-2 after a goal by Peoria's Andrew Scofield at 19:08 in the second period. Chicago tied things up at 4-4 on a goal by Niko Moulakelis at 19:18 in the third period. The Junior Bulldogs were led by Coash Jr, who had one goal. Chicago also got points from Matt Blaszkiewicz, who also racked up one goal and one assist, Matthew Adams, who also registered one goal and one assist, and Moulakelis, who also had one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Noah Carter also scored for Chicago. More assists for Chicago came via Michael Ellis, who had one. Peoria additionally got points from Marshall Gevers, who also grabbed one goal and one assist and Austin Wisely, who also finished with one goal and one assist.
