Chicago Jr. Bulldogs 3 @ Toledo Cherokee 2 (SO): Michael Paku stopped 45 Toledo shots and four in the shoot out to give the Jr. Bulldogs a 3-2 victory over Toledo. Chicago got out to an early lead with two first period goals including a shorthanded tally from Ryan Maksimovic with just two seconds left in the frame. The lead was not safe as the Cherokee slowly chipped at the lead with a second period goal from Noah Szenderski and the game-tying goal with less than two minutes left in regulation from Brody Duncan on the power play. The shootout was where Paku came up big stopping Austin Turner in the shootout after a goal from Trevor Foley to give Chicago the win.
